Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Weekly and Monthly Plan Payments
Weekly and monthly plans run on a rolling basis and renew automatically at the agreed interval.
Payments are taken automatically via the booking system.

Plans may be paused or cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Any sessions already paid for within the current billing period will still be delivered.

3. Use of Sessions
Sessions included within weekly or monthly plans are intended to be used within the relevant billing period and do not carry over unless otherwise agreed in advance.
This helps ensure support remains consistent and responsive to your child’s needs.

4. Scope of Support
Support is advisory and tailored to each family’s circumstances.
Parents remain responsible for decisions relating to their child’s education, with professional guidance and support provided throughout.
